In December 2010 I moved to Southern Maine from a small town next to Bangor (Bangor is right in the center Maine and is one of the largest cities in Maine for those of you wondering if it's in Canada). Readers Suggestions

As my list of places I want to try narrows, I find myself constantly on the internet trying to find new exciting places. I am not talking about Applebees, Texas Road House or Olive Garden. No, I am talking about local places that are one of a kind (or sort of one of a kind).

    You MUST try Hoss and Mary's in OOB! Home of the Manimal challenge. My stepson is trying to talk me into eating it: an 8 patty burger, two slaw dogs, half pond of fries, a coffee cake milkshake (!) and a can of Moxie. Their daily specials are always very creative. Would love to see a review.
